Uptime Disclaimer
Precision Equine Cryotherapy guarantees a minimum of 99.5% uptime for the digital training program, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. In the event that monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, users may be eligible for service credits or compensation as detailed in our Service Level Agreement.
Claims from using the Cryo-Kit Starter Training Package must be filed within one month of the incident. Claims after this period are time-barred.
Updates will keep the Digital Training Program current with new features and security improvements. Documentation detailing changes will be available on our support portal and emailed to registered users.
Scope Of Support
Support services are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Support is limited to resolving access and functionality issues within our platform. Cosmetic issues or user errors are not supported. Previous versions of content are not supported after a new update; users must then migrate to the latest version.
In the event of a support inquiry, Precision Equine Cryotherapy commits to an initial response within 7 business days of submission. If the initial technical support does not resolve the issue, the following escalation procedure will be implemented:
(1) If the initial support representative cannot resolve the issue, the case will be escalated to a senior technical support specialist within 4 business hours.
(2) If the senior specialist cannot resolve the issue within 1 business day, the matter will be escalated to the technical support manager.
(3) The technical support manager will review the case and provide a comprehensive resolution or alternative solution within 2 business days.
(4) If the issue remains unresolved, the customer will be offered a full consultation with the company's lead technical expert or a pro-rated refund for the affected services.
Support Escalation Procedures
• If a support representative cannot resolve your problem, it is escalated to a senior support specialist.
• If unresolved within 3 business days, it is escalated to the technical support manager.
• Unresolved issues may qualify for a refund or service credit per our Refund Eligibility Conditions.
Equipment and Tools
Your purchase includes physical tools and equipment necessary for practical application, shipped to your address after payment confirmation. Shipment tracking will be provided once dispatched. The Cryo-Kit Starter Training Package is a one-time purchase with a fixed price, including digital content and physical equipment with full access upon payment. Additional equipment, replacements or products can be purchased on a singular basis from our online store.
Renewal and Access Policy
This is a one-time purchase for permanent access to course materials with no automatic renewals. Users retain lifetime access after the initial purchase.

Return & Refund Policy & Restrictions:

Due to the digital format of the training materials and the immediate access provided upon purchase, REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED. When eligible, refunds will be calculated as follows:
• For digital content, a full refund will be issued if access issues cannot be resolved within 14 days.
• For physical equipment, a refund will be calculated based on the situation of the product, less a standard processing fee of 10% plus any incurred shipping restocking fee’s or other. If the item is defective it can be replaced through the manufacturer.
• All refund amounts will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit at the company's discretion.

In the event of an intellectual property infringement claim against Precision Equine Cryotherapy or the User, the following process shall apply:
a) The party receiving notice of a potential infringement claim shall promptly notify the other party in writing;
b) Precision Equine Cryotherapy shall have the right to defend, settle, or mitigate any such claim at its sole discretion;
c) The User shall provide full cooperation in any such defense or settlement process;
d) If the intellectual property becomes subject to a third-party claim, Precision Equine Cryotherapy may, at its option, obtain a license, replace or modify the content, or terminate the license with a pro-rated refund. In no event shall the total liability of Precision Equine Cryotherapy exceed the total amount paid by the user for the Cryo-Kit Starter Training Package.
Users agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary materials provided in the Cryo-Kit Starter Training Package. Sharing, disclosing, or permitting access to any of the training materials, content, or intellectual property to any third party is prohibited. Any breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate termination of the license and potential legal action to protect intellectual property rights.

Termination by the User
